Excellent real estate experience My wife and I have used Maria on two other real estate transactions and there’s a reason we called on her for our third - “Maria is a great realtor.” To promote our house, Maria used state of the art Drone photography outside and 3D video viewing inside. The presentation was so impressive, “I wanted to put in an offer.” On the third day, we got an asking price offer, in addition to two other strong bids. If you’re in need of an agent that not only dedicates most of their time helping you find exactly what you need, and guiding you every step of the way, always holding your best interest as their highest priority, and honest from beginning to the end, this is the agent for you. Maria went to every property we were interested in with us, some of them being a 2 hour drive away. She showed up to all walkthroughs, all inspections, all closings, even if she had just finished arriving from out of state by airport. She always had our best interest at heart and made sure we were never taken advantage of or mislead. She is very knowledgeable when it comes to real estate and was very genuine. She was even willing to take a cut on her commission to make a sale happen to our benefit. An incredible realtor that I strongly recommend and would definitely use again in the future.

100% Professional Maria was able to procure us a full price offer in hat is now a buyers market. Part of the reason she was able to do so was because we listed the house at the price she suggested. Maria treats you like family. Maria is by far the best realtor we have ever had. She went above and beyond to ensure that she found us the home of our dreams. We were brand new to the area and had no idea where to start. Maria not only reviewed the locations we saw on our own on the internet but sent us the home of our dreams on the first day. We ended up purchasing the first and only home we saw because of her. We didn’t even have to look on our own and she found something for us so much better than we could have imagined. One thing she mentioned in our first meeting was safety.
